I am interested in building a partition wall with acrylic blocks and I am having a hard time finding what I am looking for. I don't want the real glass as they would be too heavy for what I want to do. Can you get back with me to let me know if you can tell me where I can get some? Thank you

Janet,
The column above is part of a series. Did you use the search engine at the top of this page and type in "acrylic block" with the quotation marks?

hm, that's intersting. We at Hydrosight refer to acrylic blocks as <a href="http://http://www.hydrosight.com/products/acrylic_panel.php>cast acrylic panels</a>

The blocks you are talking about are made mostly of glass in Germany

Sue,

Check Tim's column http://www.askthebuilder.com/B395_Glass_Block_Manufacturers.shtml for the acrylic block manufacturer.
