Invisible Fence

Tim, it seems every year at this time squirrels are digging for food. They end up finding my electric dog fence wire and eat through it. I can never find the break without calling the dog fence co. What can I use to find the breaks myself? This is getting expensive. Know one locally can provide a solution, need your help.
