Summary: Plywood is very strong. You can even use it to make plywood hurricane shutters. There are different plywood grades and plywood types such as CDX plywood. If you are building a home in an area raked by hurricanes, plywood is a great material to use.

There can be different amounts. It depends upon the specification.

I am buiding a workshop for myself. I have used OSB for exterior cover. But suddenly rain arrived. Does the rain damage OSB?

Riza,
OSB is made to withstand a certain amount of weather. If you have it on the floor and there is standing water, try to remove the water ASAP.
