I am remodeling a steam shower. This website is very useful, and I watch
your video at youtube.com too.
What vapor-proof light fixture would you recommend for inside steam room?
Thanks

Dear Tim,
We are building a new house. My husband would love a steam shower. Do you
know where I can find reviews of prefabricated steam showers? He saw a
Royal SSWW B104 at a local Home Show (www.soakbath.ca) and is quite taken
with it. I have never heard of the company and am concerned that it may
not be a reputable product to put in our new home. Any suggestions?

Tim, I'm installing a steam generator with my shower enclosure. I want to
learn more about running the steam line and how to address any fire hazards
it may create (e.g. contact with walling materials, proper insulation).
Can you point me to some information on proper steam line installation?
I'm putting a steam room in my basement and am wondering where I can get
the vapor barrier for my walls and ceiling. I would like it to be one piece
for the best protection, but I can't find where to get it? My room is
approx. 5'w x 10'l x 7'h. Can you point me in the right direction?

We have a 6 person, 8 heating element infrared Wasauna sauna. The circuit
board/power unit (ACETECH SRZHXOOG) went out. We replaced all fuses with no
luck. Wasauna tells us they do not sell replacement circuit boards or
power units. Where can we purchase a replacement circuit board.
Building a steam room in my large garage( ground level, one room condo
above). Desired Dimensions are 7'x 6'x 7'. Tile interior with marble slab
seat and exterior will be teak. Single glass door. I have 220 single phase.
Desired unit size?
First, it seems that the steam generator borderlines the commercial units
for health spas. Any ideas on a desirable unit? Also installing a new
heater and water softening system to keep build up down. Smart idea?
Secondly, would love to have remote control in the condo to turn unit off
and on and also with temp indicator or maybe timer unit to turn s/r off and
on at desired time or should I just have a control system so when
temperature goes below a set level it auto turns on. What do you
recommend?

Hello,
I need help. I'm going to tile a steam room but customer does not want to
remove old tiles. The tiles are painted (never seen anything like that ) I
have to tile ceiling, walls, and floor. I will be removing the paint
first. Is there anything I can use to tile the walls? Any bonding or any
product that will make the tiles glued on the old tiles and this product
will have to be moisture resistance. Please help with the steps and
products that I need to use???????
