One problem I have encountered with uning longer screws in door hinges is
that they usually have too large of a head and won't countersink properly
and can cause the door to not close properly. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Our deadlock is in the locked position and we canNOT unlock it, therefore,
we are unable to open the door. Thanking you in advance. John,

I can'y unlock my deadlock from the outside. The key does not turn at all.
but is fine from the inside. Then I have the back door that is opposite.
