How do I know if i have the water managed system EIFS system or the other EIFS? THe house was built in 2004.

Does EIFS that is applied only to an insulated concrete foundation (all above ground portions are vinyl siding) pose a moisture threat?

I would like to know if it is possible to remove the dryvit from a house that has moisture damage at this time.
