My house is a "stairless ranch" which means I don't have a basement and the
foundation of my house is a concrete slab. I want to put down new
flooring. Would OSB Subfloor tiles be a good idea to install? Would they
help insulate the floor?
Thank you for your help.

I used this in my basement and love it. I used the Dricore brand. However,
the video says you can put tile over it. Dricore says "Ideal for carpet or
floating floors such as laminate or floating engineered hardwood flooring."
They do not recommend tile. I personally used carpet for two rooms, and
laminate for the bath, hallway, and game room.

What is the product name used for this subfloor? It looks to be less
expensive than the DRIcore and Barricade products that I've already
discovered.

I think this is an older video showing Dricore Version 1. The current
Dricore moved away from the circles for more airflow.
