Find Best Contractor Part 1 of 4

Oh hey, how you doing? I'm just cutting off some foam here. Doing some finishing touches on my

garden shed. I built this shed three years ago, you know what, I'm really proud of it. It really

came out swell. And, well, you know why? Because I'm a professional. I've been doing it for all

these kind of years. And maybe around your home, you're not really that handy, or you don't have

the time, but you always want to find a professional to do your work so that you don't get ripped

This is the way I think it should be done. Think about this for a second

If you were a fisherman or you were a hunter and you were going to hunt deer or elk first First of all you would want to get the tastiest fish You would want to get the elk or the deer that ate the best food up in the highest meadows because whatever they eat that

what they are, and they would be just delicious as can be

So contractors and really any subcontractor is the same thing. And what I mean by that is, no, we're not going to go to the restaurants where those

guys eat every day. but what do contractors and all these electricians and plumbers and everybody

else what do they eat on their job site well what what I mean by that is the job

eats materials and contractors the good ones the professionals know that they

want to buy products from companies that they can trust and especially the

highest quality products and where you're going to find that is that a lot

of businesses in both mid-size and larger towns, there are actually companies, older

businesses that have been around for years long before the home centers. And for example

here in Cincinnati we have places like Hyde Park Lumber, Myron Johnson Lumber Company

Kydel Supply, Kydel Supply sells great plumbing fixtures and plumbing supplies, Becker Electric

Janelle Concrete Equipment Companies, all these different places that sell products to

the different contractors. We're basically going to go visit one of those places. So

that what you have to do You actually have to get in your car start the engine and go drive to a place and you actually have to talk to the general manager or the owner And once you do that and you ask a few simple questions you will immediately

be directed to the top professionals in that area. And especially, here's the best part

the contractors that the actual general manager or their owner of the company

that they would hire themselves to work on their own home. You know why? Because they know

who the good contractors are. They know the best ones. It's that simple. We're going to go in and

we're going to talk to the general manager of Hyde Park Lumber. We're here at Hyde Park Lumber

and I'm going to show you how simple this really is to do. There's nothing to it. This is a great

company. They've been around for about 30, 40, oh a long time, since the early 1900s
