prefabricated floor trusses like you see here. I mean, these are amazing floor trusses and they

happen to actually be built into the attic truss of a house that's right above me. I'm actually

standing in the space of the garage, but these are giant floor trusses inside an attic truss

Now, why is that so advantageous? You can see there's so much room to work. It's easy to run pipes

You don have to drill any holes and it just magic I mean it makes the work go so much faster And the trouble with drilling holes in some other framing members is the carpenters or the plumbers

they don't always follow the recommendations, and they can actually weaken the structural member if they drill the hole in the wrong place

So when you use floor trusses like this, you don't have to worry about it
