window. Anyway, I can relate a couple of stories. And I think that's sometimes the best way

to get a point across. When I bought a piece of ground here in New Hampshire back

boy, it's been a long time ago, 15 years ago, a pretty big parcel of land

I had always wanted a big parcel of land with a stream on it, and this has got it

In fact, it's got three magnificent waterfalls. So it's a 90-acre piece of ground

and it's exactly what I wanted. The only mistake I made when I bought

it. You know, and I was pretty good at buying land. But there were so many other positive things

about this land. It offset the one negative, is that it's kind of like a panhandle piece of

ground where there's this tongue of land that extends from the 90 acres down about a half a mile
