this is Tim Carter and I wanted to try
0:02
something uh different i am uh here on a
0:06
job at my son's home and I wanted to go
0:09
live and I just thought you know want
0:10
instead today having a topic uh maybe
0:13
maybe you've got a question you want to
0:15
ask me uh it could be any building
0:18
question at all and you know after all
0:19
I'm I'm ask the builder
0:22
so now's the time to do it so in other
0:24
words if you've got a question about
0:26
plumbing it could be carpentry could be
0:29
roofing uh could be uh anything you know
0:33
concrete work driveways
0:36
uh electrical work um painting
0:41
um you name it you know I'm I'll I'll do
0:43
my best to answer it and I actually I
0:46
kind of liken this to years ago I used
0:48
to do a two-hour radio show and I what I
0:53
really really enjoyed about that show is
0:55
that it was it was live and I had no
1:00
idea what the people were going to ask
1:02
in other words when I was when I was
1:05
doing the radio show um all I got was a
1:09
name in a city and then I would say
1:11
"Hello Julia welcome to Ask the Builder
1:14
what's going on today and then of course
1:16
she would tell me you know ask me the
1:17
question so anyway so if you've got a
1:20
question uh just type it in the chat um
1:23
and I'll do my best to answer it that's
1:25
the uh that's why that's I'm just doing
1:27
this crazy little session today just to
1:29
see if I can answer any of your
1:31
questions to help save you time and
1:33
money uh because I'm finding out more
1:35
and more that folks like you um there
1:39
you're having lots of trouble out there
1:41
and you're having lots of trouble
1:42
finding really great contractors to do
1:45
the work and I can tell you uh I just
1:48
had to do a consult for some people in
1:50
Colorado for
1:52
example they got a bid to do a radiant
1:56
you know furnace a
1:58
boiler and on their project and they
2:02
wanted me to look over the bid and the
2:04
bid was missing all kinds of things they
2:06
were all na there were just any number
2:08
of things and of course you know there's
2:09
an old saying you don't know what you
2:10
don't know i get that okay so you have
2:15
to prepare yourself and you have to
2:17
protect yourself and you unfortunately
2:19
you've got to get kind of
2:21
educated about what's going to happen
2:23
before you actually start to talk to
2:25
builders all right so this is the way to
2:27
do it so if you've got a question go
2:29
ahead and ask me uh you know it can be
2:31
about anything i as I I don't care if
2:33
it's carpentry painting roofing plumbing
2:36
electrical drywall work uh you name it
2:39
I'll I'll do my best to try to answer it
2:41
but you know you just have to type what
2:43
you want to know in the in the in the
2:45
chat thing and then we'll just start a
2:48
discussion hey Reagan how you doing um
2:51
great to have you here joanne hello
2:54
hello sydney if you guys got questions
2:57
this is what this session's about i'm
2:58
just trying to help you out if you have
3:00
any type of question about building
3:02
remodeling um anything that's uh coming
3:05
up on your project schedule you know
3:07
now's the time to ask it and it's best
3:10
to get prepared you know before you um
3:14
actually call the Here's the worst thing
3:16
that happen i'll give you an example
3:17
hello Joanne
3:20
uh Cindy I don't know that I'm amazing
3:23
although I'll tell you what I'll change
3:25
the subject a little bit guess what I
3:27
did yesterday i uh I baked a cake from
3:29
scratch it was my wife's birthday and I
3:32
I uh baked this cake from scratch my
3:34
grandfather was a baker and uh it came
3:37
out really well it was really moist it
3:39
was a chocolate fudge cake with a
3:40
raspberry glaze so uh I wish I could
3:43
upload a photo for you anyway um Hey Dan
3:47
how you doing yeah I I do have some
3:49
white hair don't
3:51
I yes all right but anyway so the reason
3:54
I'm here today I just ask me any
3:56
questions you got about building and
3:58
remodeling i'll I'll help you any way I
4:00
can you know because I'm just trying to
4:02
get you prepared before you uh you know
4:05
before you start a conversation with a
4:08
contractor um
4:10
and here's Anyway I'll finish that story
4:13
with the people in in Colorado
4:16
um okay I'll get to the Dominique i'll
4:19
get to you uh in just a second um anyway
4:22
the people they just didn't have enough
4:25
information on the bid and had they
4:26
signed it um they probably would have
4:29
gotten an inferior installation all
4:31
right so the reason you want to get
4:33
educated before you talk to the
4:35
contractors is to make sure that you get
4:37
the best products and and and get
4:39
everything installed correctly it's that
4:41
simple all right so Dominic wants to
4:42
know should I go with a side ejection or
4:44
top injection and sewage ejection pump
4:46
outside
4:48
well uh I think a a side ejection might
4:51
be easier to work on uh if if you can do
4:54
anything at all to avoid having a sewage
4:57
ejection pump that's what you want to do
4:59
i've got a a video that I recorded about
5:01
3 years ago about this and gets lots of
5:04
comments and of course my advice the
5:07
reason I recorded that video was to
5:09
explain to people the problems with
5:10
sewage ejection pumps and the and how if
5:16
if you can avoid buying a house that has
5:18
one or if you can avoid buying a lot
5:21
that requires one that's what you want
5:24
to do because here's the trouble
5:29
so
5:30
when the pump fails and the pump will
5:33
fail at some point in time inside the
5:35
sewage injection pit is a pump and it's
5:37
a grinder pump and it grinds up the
5:39
sewage and then it pumps it to a a
5:41
higher location where it can drain by
5:43
gravity to a separate tank or to a sewer
5:45
all right so these sewage ejection pits
5:48
they may have a capacity of 30 or 40
5:51
gallons 20 gallons whatever but when the
5:55
pump fails do you know what what's
5:57
inside the sewage ejection pit what I
6:00
call it is dookie stew all right it's
6:03
nasty it's sewage it's raw sewage so
6:06
somebody has got to open up the lid get
6:11
rid of the dookie stew and then you've
6:14
got to service the pump and you've got
6:16
to take the pump it's horrible nasty
6:18
work all right so if you don't want to
6:21
do that work you're going to pay a lot
6:23
of money to a plumber to do the work all
6:25
right so um hi Vanessa pleasure to see
6:29
you anyway so
6:30
[Music]
6:32
um I I just would try to avoid it but I
6:36
think you're going to find that a side
6:37
ejector is a little bit easier to work
6:39
on um I know you can't avoid it i know i
6:42
know exactly um and you're you're smart
6:45
to put it outside i can tell you that
6:47
right now good for you put it outside
6:49
uh a lot of people can't do that because
6:51
in in in cold climates the frost can
6:54
cause it to freeze up so um so good for
6:57
you for putting it outside uh Cindy can
7:00
I weld um I I can only do the most basic
7:03
welding i I'm not a welder u I know
7:06
friends of mine who are who are very
7:08
good uh but I'm not uh I would not say I
7:12
would not at all say that I'm a really
7:13
good welder so anyway all right let's
7:17
hear we got another question drilled
7:18
through a steel plate that was hidden
7:19
under a plaster blah blah blah blah blah
7:23
blah
7:25
um
7:27
well I can't imagine that you drilled a
7:30
very big hole in it cuz you were just
7:31
putting in a window blind
7:34
um and
7:37
um the answer is no i don't think you
7:39
got a problem at all all right and if
7:41
you did have a problem you know you
7:44
would already seen failure or cracks or
7:46
whatever so um uh I I think you're going
7:49
to be just fine um and like I said you
7:52
probably only drilled a very very small
7:53
hole so uh but that's a great question
7:56
by the way that's a really great
7:57
question uh I had a person who contacted
8:00
me i this is kind of interesting he was
8:02
trying to drill put something up in a
8:04
wall he's using a drill bit he's
8:06
drilling drilling drilling he's running
8:07
into trouble running into trouble and uh
8:11
you know he's getting resistance on the
8:12
drill and lo and behold he was he
8:15
drilled directly into the center of an
8:18
inch diameter uh heating pipe one that
8:21
had hot water in it you know and of
8:23
course you extract the drill and water
8:25
starts shooting out of the hole
8:28
so before you start drilling deep holes
8:31
in walls uh it really pays to use um you
8:35
know it really pays to use a device that
8:37
that can see into the into the wall and
8:40
there's a couple of them out there now
8:41
that besides a stud finder uh the name
8:44
escapes me right now but there's a
8:45
really interesting
8:47
um device it was made by an Israeli
8:50
company of all companies uh that can
8:53
tell you if you have a wire behind a
8:56
wall a pipe uh it's really really
8:59
interesting i have the app on my phone
9:01
but I I just for the life of me the name
9:03
of it escapes me what it is very
9:06
interesting tool so uh see if you can
9:08
rent one of those if you have or if
9:09
you're going to do a lot of this work it
9:10
might be worthwhile to buy it but it
9:12
connects to your smartphone and as you
9:15
scan this thing across the wall you
9:17
actually see on your phone screen what
9:19
what's behind the wall it's almost like
9:21
being Superman with X-ray vision um all
9:25
right uh yeah good small hole so if you
9:27
have another any if you've got questions
9:29
I don't care what it is um about
9:32
anything about your home now's the time
9:33
to ask you know just go ahead and give
9:35
me um try to stump me that's why I
9:38
called this session stump the builder
9:40
see if you can stump me come up with a
9:42
question that I might not not know the
9:44
answer to but here's what if I don't
9:46
know the answer I guarantee you I know
9:47
who does know the answer and I can send
9:49
you to them so anyway u all right here
9:52
we go here's a great one let's see
9:54
three-year-old house in central Florida
9:56
had an area of the ceiling wet when the
9:59
hurricane hit okay no leaking with
10:00
regular rains do you think um so here's
10:03
what um here's what that typically
10:06
is so think of how a roof works so a
10:11
roof you know it's it's an angle you
10:13
know some are flatter than others and
10:16
the way that shingles are designed are
10:19
just no different than feathers on a
10:21
bird uh fur on an animal um it's meant
10:26
it it's meant it works with gravity in
10:29
other words it knows that the water is
10:31
going to come down not go up all right
10:34
so that's how shingle roofs are are
10:36
designed and the trouble is with
10:39
hurricanes uh depending on which way the
10:42
wind's blowing the wind can easily force
10:45
water up the roof so it can blow up
10:48
underneath the shingles it can blow up a
10:51
valley uh it can blow up through a
10:55
flashing uh for example let's say up on
10:58
the roof you've got a um a plumbing vent
11:01
flashing and if the bottom of it is not
11:03
secured it can the wind can be so strong
11:06
it could lift up even if it only lifts
11:09
it up an eighth of an inch the uh
11:11
flashing and then it drives the water
11:14
you know up the roof and then once it
11:16
gets up then it gets behind a shingle or
11:18
it grinds a hole comes in so I wouldn't
11:21
be worried about that at all it just you
11:22
know the only way you can prevent
11:24
that like I did at my own home when I
11:27
re-roofed it six years ago I put Grayson
11:29
ice and water shield over the entire
11:31
roof all right so even if water backs up
11:33
underneath my shingles it'll never come
11:35
in the home so that's one way to prevent
11:37
it um uh here we go let's see uh trying
11:41
to
11:43
uh No I'm not Bob the Builder i'm Tim
11:47
Carter um yeah I'm trying to go through
11:50
this comments here
11:52
um let's see let's see no I'm I am Tim
11:55
Carter i'm not Bob the Builder even with
11:57
heavy rain winds correct exactly you're
11:58
welcome that's why I'm here that's why
12:00
I'm doing this um here we go if a farmer
12:03
has 10 trusts and he wants to plant four
12:09
in I don't know I don't know the answer
12:11
to that one actually you just st me with
12:12
that um Steve wants to know what's your
12:16
opinion on our current economy policy
12:18
because economic war people evolving
12:20
backwards boy Steve u I'm really kind of
12:22
ask the builder i'm not so much ask the
12:24
political
12:26
pundit but um I have enough life
12:29
experience all right i've been around
12:31
for quite a while uh to tell you that
12:35
um I think that um boy oh I could talk a
12:39
long time about this i think
12:42
that here in the United States for
12:44
example um there's a lot of chaos going
12:48
on um our president President Trump who
12:51
I I support uh is doing the the tariffs
12:56
and here's let me back up because this
13:00
is really important uh there's a book if
13:03
if you if you want to understand what
13:05
really is going on in the world and
13:07
around you there's a book you should
13:10
read it's called Influence and then the
13:12
subtitle is the psychology of persuasion
13:15
and it's by Dr robert Chelini and that's
13:18
last name is C I A L D I N I so the name
13:22
of the book is influence it's by Robert
13:25
Chelini what you need to understand I I
13:28
didn't know about this book until about
13:29
15 years
13:30
ago so up until that time up until 15
13:35
years ago each day I was brainwashed all
13:38
right and and here I'm a member of the
13:40
working media all right i still write a
13:42
syndicated newspaper column um so I'm a
13:45
member of the working media uh don't
13:47
worry i'm going to catch up on these
13:48
comments later
13:51
and I it it here's what you need to
13:55
understand there's one of the
13:56
psychological triggers in your brain is
14:00
called the psychological trigger of
14:01
authority and by
14:04
default just about every single human
14:07
being trusts a person of authority all
14:11
right so when you see a television news
14:15
anchor you automatically give them
14:19
authority over you because you're not on
14:22
the TV and in your brain you think "Wow
14:27
for that person to be a television
14:30
anchor of a show they must really know
14:33
what they're talking about or they must
14:35
be important or they must be smart." You
14:39
know fill in the blank it could be any
14:41
number of things that you imagine in
14:42
your brain guess what they're not all
14:45
the time they're not necessarily smart
14:47
the only reason you're giving them
14:49
authority is because they're on TV and
14:51
you're not all
14:52
right so when then there's another one
14:56
called social proof all right so social
14:58
proof here's an example of social proof
15:00
i'm I'm this using all this to help
15:02
answer your question so social proof is
15:05
when you see on a commercial here i'll
15:09
give you an example just imagine you're
15:11
watching a television commercial and
15:14
just imagine I'm going to be like three
15:16
different people hi I use this blue tape
15:19
and it's the best it's saved me time and
15:24
money i use this blue tape and it
15:28
allowed me not to get any paint on my
15:30
trim it is wonderful
15:33
oh this blue tape it I lost weight when
15:37
I ate it all right so so the point is
15:41
you see about five or six people on this
15:42
television
15:44
commercial say that the blue tape is
15:46
amazing and in your head you go "That
15:48
blue tape must be amazing i think I'm
15:50
going to buy it." Right well the same
15:52
thing happens in the media in other
15:55
words you know if the media Steve if all
15:59
of a sudden you switch channels and you
16:02
see five different media television
16:05
stations or cable news stations say the
16:07
same thing then you in your head go well
16:11
if what they're saying that must be true
16:14
no not necessarily not necessarily all
16:18
right so um so anyway the problem is
16:21
right now just about everybody out there
16:23
watching the news depending on which
16:25
station you go watch you're not getting
16:26
the whole story so you're getting a
16:29
you're only getting part of the truth u
16:30
I've done expert witness work for
16:34
probably 25 30 years in my last case uh
16:38
I was walking on the roof of the
16:39
Brazilian ambassador's home on the
16:42
island of Antigua in the Caribbean all
16:44
right
16:45
now we have a saying in the expert
16:48
witness business and in the legal
16:50
business here's the saying and listen to
16:52
this this is really
16:54
important a half truth is a whole
16:58
lie right a half truth is a whole lie
17:02
this is why when I'm sworn in on a
17:05
deposition or on the witness stand in a
17:08
courtroom I have to hold up my right
17:10
hand and say "Now listen listen to this
17:13
carefully
17:14
i swear to tell the
17:16
truth the whole
17:19
truth and nothing but the
17:22
truth all right so why is it important
17:24
to tell the whole
17:27
truth simple because if if you're a
17:30
judge or a jury if you don't get all of
17:32
the truth and all of the facts you're
17:36
not going to make the right decision all
17:38
right well if you're a parent you know
17:40
this because you know you're if you've
17:42
got kids and the kids do something wrong
17:45
uh and you I'm sure you did this
17:46
yourself a number of times and and you
17:49
get questioned you only tell part of the
17:52
truth all right so the bottom line Steve
17:55
is you're not getting all the truth and
17:58
because of that you might not be making
18:00
a right decision about things and here's
18:02
the truth of the matter with tariffs so
18:04
tariffs have been tariffs are a really
18:06
interesting thing so right now the
18:07
tariffs that our president put on other
18:10
countries they're reciprocal tariffs all
18:12
right so it means that those countries
18:15
were charging us a tariff or a much
18:18
higher tariff than we were charging we
18:19
might not have been charging anything so
18:22
and and that steals wealth out of our
18:24
country so to answer your question the
18:27
short answer is
18:28
this i think that right now we're going
18:31
through a little rough spot a little
18:32
chaos all right little chaos but when
18:36
when President Trump was inaugurated
18:38
that day his speech he said "We're
18:39
entering the golden age." And he is i'm
18:42
telling you that two three four years
18:44
from now we're going to be bringing back
18:46
a lot of jobs to the America a lot more
18:49
manufacturing we're going to be a
18:50
stronger c country and there are going
18:53
to be a lot of really great high-paying
18:55
jobs so what's happening in the short
18:58
term uh it's just a little bit of pain
19:01
but it's going to be uh it's going to
19:02
work out really well so in the
19:04
construction industry same thing you're
19:06
going to see a lot of really great
19:07
high-paying jobs and in fact I I tell
19:10
people all the time
19:12
um you you can I'm I'm actually been
19:16
consulting with a young plumber who
19:17
lives in Oklahoma and I tell them you
19:19
cannot believe how you could get a job
19:23
in a heartbeat in New Hampshire if you
19:26
have any plumbing skills whatsoever and
19:28
it's a highpaying job so that's true for
19:32
everything for electricians plumbers um
19:35
so the whole construction industry all
19:37
of the trades great great opportunities
19:40
right now so um uh so I think that the
19:43
long and short of it is
19:45
um uh I just think that things are going
19:49
to be really really fantastic here in
19:51
the next few years all right so let's
19:52
move on let's do some uh let's do some
19:56
uh really um uh other questions can you
19:59
get herpes from Come on Jimmy keep it
20:02
clean here um
20:06
uh all right uh yeah you can't handle
20:09
the truth um they don't let you tell the
20:12
whole truth in court i don't know
20:13
Michelle i've had um I've been in
20:17
courtrooms about four or five times and
20:20
uh I've been able to tell the whole
20:21
truth what happens if you've never been
20:23
on the witness stand here's what happens
20:25
just so you know so the the attorney
20:28
that's against you the attorney you know
20:31
remember all that's happening in the
20:33
courtroom it's really no different than
20:34
an an MMA fight you know uh you know in
20:38
the octagon it's just that you're in a
20:40
more formal setting so you you know one
20:45
of the attorneys you know it could be
20:46
the prosecutor it could be the defense
20:48
attorney doesn't matter just I'm saying
20:50
they're your enemy so they're going to
20:52
do everything possible to trip you up to
20:55
uh to to get ask you incriminating
20:57
questions um but I can tell you when
21:00
they do that what I've done in the past
21:02
the trick that I've used when they ask a
21:04
trick question I tend to look to the
21:07
judge and say to the judge "Your honor
21:11
um that question cannot be answered
21:14
correctly with a yes or no answer
21:17
there's more to it." And more often than
21:19
not the judge will say "Go ahead do talk
21:23
say whatever you want." So that's the
21:25
way you get the whole truth out you know
21:27
in other words you know get permission
21:30
from the judge to talk more it's that
21:32
simple
21:35
um all right uh let's see here best
21:38
house sighting material for an expensive
21:40
modern look i don't uh so I'm really a
21:44
big fan of fiber cement siding uh I have
21:47
it on my own home i put it on my shed uh
21:50
it's very durable and um it it's it's
21:53
really a really a great product so um I
21:56
like fiber cement it's a shame you can't
21:58
get the old fiber cement it's much
22:00
better than the current fiber cement but
22:02
such is life so fiber cement give it a
22:05
give it a serious look
22:09
um all right uh yes the jab Jimmy I
22:13
agree with you on that um um Marvel and
22:16
Grant so Purple's wants to know about
22:17
Marvel and Grant i don't know what you
22:18
want to know about it you're just saying
22:20
Marvel and Grant they're both I'm at my
22:22
college degrees in geology and um I can
22:25
tell you that I love natural stone uh in
22:29
houses uh I I have granite my kitchen so
22:32
uh great i got to go the wife's calling
22:35
gotta
22:40
go okay back again
22:45
it says I'm live um so tell me sorry
22:48
about that interruption that was that
22:51
was she who must be obeyed calling um so
22:55
if you can hear me can I can't see any
22:57
chat anymore uh if this is working it
23:00
would be great to know if you can just
23:02
send a chat message to me to let me know
23:05
that uh you can see me and hear me I
23:08
would be wonderful otherwise I'm going
23:10
to disconnect so um I see my phone shows
23:14
me that there's three people watching so
23:16
if you're now there's 12 all right so it
23:18
must be working so
23:22
uh sorry about the interruption um it
23:26
was uh really interesting it's kind of
23:27
now it's kind of interesting to see how
23:28
this works so basically paused the live
23:32
uh broadcast and then now I'm back live
23:34
again um all right
23:36
so the reason I'm here I'm the S if you
23:40
don't know I'm the Ask the Builder guy
23:41
if you go to askthebuilder.com that's me
23:44
and I just decided to go live to answer
23:46
any questions you might have about your
23:48
home your apartment your condo uh your
23:52
cardboard boxes if you live in cardboard
23:54
boxes um I know a lot about cardboard
23:58
but uh so you can ask me anything you
24:00
want and then I'll do my best to answer
24:02
the question it's really that simple so
24:04
that's why I'm here so um if if you have
24:08
a question go ahead and just type it
24:09
into the chat and I'll know what to do
24:13
because because I don't have ESP so the
24:16
only way this is going to work is you
24:17
have to type the question into the chat
24:18
box and uh let me know what it is um
24:23
other than that um today I'm here at uh
24:26
my son's house going to do a little bit
24:28
of touch-up drywall work uh you can see
24:30
above me a really neat ceiling uh this
24:33
is a a suspended ceiling system we put
24:36
in from Embassy Ceilings here i'll turn
24:38
the camera around you can see it uh
24:41
through this whole job it's a really
24:43
fascinating ceiling i've got a couple of
24:45
videos about it in fact I did about a
24:47
month ago a really in-depth installation
24:50
video a long form video almost a half an
24:52
hour long showing exactly how to put
24:54
this ceiling system in so it's on my
24:57
channel uh just type in empathy embass
25:01
ss y ceiling in the search engine uh and
25:04
put my name behind it and you're going
25:06
to find it so uh simple as that um if
25:08
you um like what we're doing here if you
25:11
like the live uh broadcast go ahead and
25:13
make sure you hit the like button uh
25:15
really helps uh Google helps YouTube
25:18
know that I should do more of these and
25:21
I'm happy to do it uh just I want to
25:24
just know what you want me to discuss
25:27
what you what questions I can answer for
25:30
you uh that you have about your own home
25:32
that will help save you time and money
25:34
simple as that so I'm not seeing
25:36
anything in the chat box um nothing's
25:39
coming up so um I'm going to just go
25:41
ahead and jump off here and I appreciate
25:44
you being here and I will maybe go live
25:48
again this afternoon i'm here on the
25:50
East Coast uh in United States and it's
25:54
just before 10 o'clock in the morning
25:57
and I think it is let's see yeah just
26:00
before 10:00 a.m and um maybe I'll come
26:04
on I don't know four o'clock or so have
26:06
some more fun here but uh once again if
26:08
you I'll I'll give you another minute if
26:10
you have a question about your own home
26:11
or your apartment that I can answer uh
26:14
type it in the chat box and I will do my
26:16
best to answer it simple as that um but
26:19
I'm not seeing maybe maybe this is the
26:21
chat right here uh chat filter top
26:23
messages so uh yeah yeah so I'll show
26:27
uh There we go all right there we go
26:29
yeah they just came back okay
26:32
um Um here we go
26:37
um Oh here we go so here I get back in
26:40
so Kiss wants to know did I custom build
26:42
your own home yes I The last home I
26:44
built was in Cincinnati uh it was a
26:47
Queen and Victorian uh you can see
26:49
pictures of it on my website
26:51
um and best wood to use for wings
26:54
coating in a bedroom oh well depends on
26:57
the look you want
27:00
um you know gosh I mean you can make
27:04
your own but it's really kind of
27:05
difficult if you don't have the tools uh
27:07
there are some ways coating kits uh I
27:11
put in a Wayne's coat in our dining room
27:13
at that house and it was made with MDF
27:16
you know which is just sawdust and glue
27:18
uh so there's just just go ahead and do
27:21
a search on Wayne's coding uh kits and
27:24
see what you can find
27:27
um so um let's see here all
27:31
right all right so uh there's one that's
27:34
held for review i'm not going to review
27:36
it i have a feeling that's probably not
27:37
a great message well I don't know let me
27:39
see what it is here
27:42
um so um anyway uh oh another moderator
27:47
just handled it great so one of my
27:48
moderators handled it thanks very much
27:50
appreciate it
27:52
um I uh I appreciate it all right so I'm
27:56
going to give you one last chance here
27:58
if you have um if you have any questions
28:00
to ask me before I get out of here and
28:02
start to do a little bit of drywall
28:04
touch-up work I'm happy to answer your
28:06
questions uh and could be about anything
28:09
i really don't care what it is but um
28:12
these vertical lives kind of interesting
28:14
uh I'm having some fun sorry I'm handh
28:16
holding it when I've been doing it at
28:18
home I've got a little tripod so it's a
28:20
little steadier i'm trying to keep the
28:21
camera as steady as possible because
28:24
when they shake like this it's very
28:26
irritating to people it's like static on
28:27
a radio all right so anyway
28:31
um I'll get off of here i'll probably
28:33
come back on this afternoon late this
28:35
afternoon we'll have a little bit more
28:36
fun see if we can have some fun on these
28:39
live uh uh on these live vertical
28:42
streams uh all right i'm Tim Carter
28:45
remember go to askthebuilder.com sign up
28:47
for the newsletter and uh feel free in
28:50

28:52

28:57

28:58
topic you want all right I'm going to
