this ass hat disbarred, disbarred attorney in California. to make a living, he goes out and files lawsuits against websites that are non-ADA compliant

you know the American Disabilities Act And that a federal law and it nowhere in the law does it say anything about websites

And the U.S. district courts are split on whether or not websites have to comply

But if you do a Google search on ADA lawsuits, you'll see that huge companies like Taco Bell, I mean, big, big companies have been sued

they're just all shakedowns. It's a shakedown. And anyway, I've got a big call with a California

attorney on Monday. And it's just, I'll probably talk about it a little bit on Monday

And I mean, there were a few minor issues with the website. Here's what happens. Here's the actual

Stain Solver is a Delaware corporation and Stain Solver is based in New Hampshire

and this quote-unquote woman who supposedly went to the Stain Siver website

and couldn't navigate it right because it hurt her feelings it all first of all bogus there is no one ever went there Anyway how can this how can how come she didn come to New Hampshire to file the lawsuit

So that's the first thing we're going to find out. In other words, is it legal for a California

person to, because I have no nexus in California. That's what's the important question is
