And actually you can see parts of the shingle just to the left of those branches and leaves that have actually fallen down off the roof

So this roof here is absolutely in need of replacement. If you were to get up on top of this roof, you would absolutely see how cracked the shingles are

I can actually see cracks from the ground here. And they would be as brittle as a saltine cracker

So that's the kind of things you look for. Brittleness, cracks, mishing tabs like this
