what a new roof should cost. And I'm sure I'm going to jump over into a bunch of other topics

Understand that when you watch live, you get to control. It's like you're at the steering wheel

You know, on the train, just so you know, trains don't have steering wheels

It's really pretty simple. It's Monday. Gosh, let's see. I cannot believe it

It Monday March 14th I mean March is almost halfway finished It seems like it was just the middle of February All right Time is just disappearing And over the weekend I got really energized I just got this plan about decluttering around here

And just kind of, I'm starting basically right behind that door right there

I'm starting right there. And I'm just going to move to the north, and then I'm going to move downstairs and move back to the south through the garage

So that's phase one. And then I'll move into the house. So a lot of really great things are going to be sold here locally

I may put some things up on Craigslist and smaller things that can be shipped really

cheaply that I think might do well to a bigger audience. I'll put up on eBay

But the shipping costs, they're just going through the flipping roof. It's just crazy what things cost

Anyway, we're going to talk about that too in a future and upcoming stream

We're going to talk a little bit about inflation. Just, you know, six, seven, eight weeks ago. I was talking about inflation

And that before all of the craziness started over in Ukraine And I had predicted I told everyone I said listen inflation is going to get a lot worse And that before the price of gasoline and oil went up

And it's, you haven't seen anything like it. I'm telling right now, it's going to be really bad

I mean, really bad. And here's all you need to know. And this affects what your new roof is going to

cost. See, that's why I wanted to bring this up. First of all, the price that you

the inflation percentage, the rate that's being reported by the government, well, how can I say it? I'm not going to say it's wrong. I'm going to say that it's computed

completely differently than it was computed 40 years ago when we had the record inflation

In other words, I maintain that the current inflation rate is about double of what they say it is

So that would put it somewhere in the 15 to 16% range
