business classes in college. And if I could go back in time, I would have. And anyway

the lesson is most businesses would give their eye teeth to know the name, address, phone number

email address of their customers. I mean that why a lot of these big companies started these quote loyalty programs Maybe your grocery has one where if you give your name and address and whatever an email address then you get this little card And every time you buy groceries you get some

money off. So they want to be able to contact you. Think how many businesses have customers walk

in each day, buy things, and then they walk out the door. They have no idea who their customers are

but they wish they knew who they were so that they could remark it to them and let them know about

deals and sales and all this other stuff. All right. Well, think of Ask the Builder. I don't have a clue

who comes to my website each day. I don't have a clue who you are if you're watching my videos
