hi I'm Tim Carter from as.com and I want
0:06
to show you kind of a neat uh invention
0:08
uh it may not be the first I something
0:11
tells me there's other things out there
0:12
that are similar to this but I just got
0:14
this sent to me and I'm using it right
0:16
now and I'm thankful that I've got it
0:18
because it's going to save me some time
0:20
and money take a look at this so what
0:22
you've got is a plastic case that'll fit
0:25
anywhere from a 1 in to a 3-in
0:27
paintbrush and you can see I've got this
0:29
paintbrush here but as you can tell you
0:31
know the paintbrush has got paint on it
0:33
and you may think well Tim that's not a
0:35
bright idea well I'm working on a job
0:38
right now where during the day I need to
0:42
occasionally touch up some green sopit
0:44
boards and I don't want to be washing
0:46
the paintbrush every 10 minutes so
0:48
that's crazy so this particular
0:50
invention it's just a little
0:52
case that um you know that's got a a
0:56
hinged lid on it it's you know it's
0:59
called the paintbrush cover and the most
1:01
important part of course are these
1:03
little foam pieces you know up here at
1:06
the end you know there's one down here
1:08
too and these try to keep it you know
1:11
airtight so that you know and of course
1:14
snap you know you snap it into place
1:18
and you know the paintbrush you know
1:20
will stay fresh and the paint won't dry
1:22
because the humidity inside this case
1:25
you know stays uh near 100% And of
1:28
course I would keep it in the shade if
1:30
and that's what I'm doing right now but
1:32
neat invention the paintbrush cover a
1:35
pretty good idea you can see it's very
1:37
uh very thin and here's the best part
1:40
you know it'll look really nice and new
1:42
if after you're done with a brush you
1:44
know because the paint is even still
1:46
fresh inside the container once you take
1:49
the brush out to clean it if you clean
1:51
this plastic case it should look brand
1:53
new for a very long time should be in
1:55
great shape so I'll use it through the
1:56
day I'm confident it's going to work
1:59
really uh this is one of those little
2:01
things that you know I wish I had years
2:03
ago but a great invention great idea I'm
