So here we are. This is a sloped asphalt single roof and the contractor installed underneath it, Grace Ice and Water Shield

And that is their trademark logo of their flagship product. The problem is the problem is the property

The problem is though, on the inside of the house in different areas, this particular product

has actually started to drip because the asphalt material inside the ice and water shield

product has basically liquefied. And you can actually see some interesting issues here

If you look and see these horizontal lines right here, those are indicative of where underneath

the Grace Ice and Water shield, there are gas. in a material, I would not be able to push that if there was no gap

And that's wrong, in the specifications it clearly says that you are not supposed to have any gaps between the material

But this particular roof, because of the high temperatures, the dark shingles, these are a dark brown
