Summary: Call the following plastic laminate manufacturers if you would like to receive some beautiful color literature illustrating all the colors, patterns, styles, etc. of plastic laminate and edge treatments. Be sure to ask for both pieces of literature. In almost all instances, they will tell you the location of their closest dealer.

My kitchen has walnut cabinets which is very attractive but makes the kitchen too dark. I would like to partially resurface the cabinet doors and drawers with white laminate in a manner which would leave a 1 inch border of walnut exposed around the periphery of each door and drawer panel. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with recommendation for a procedure and adhesive which would be appropriate to accomplish this task.

Thank you for your help in this matter.

I want to have my kitchen sink installed on a wall that is on the diagonal between two other walls. If I use laminate, is there any way to avoid having seams near the sink??
