How To Cut Ceramic Tile Video

The previous owner of our house had a microwave over the range but I don't want it. After removing the microwave, I am left with two holes in the backsplash tile. Any ideas how I can cover these holes. If I try to remove and replace the tiles, I fear the new grout will not match. Ideas??
