Tim Carter’s New Hampshire
This is a great overview video about what you'd see in New Hampshire if you spent a month or two here.
There are two shots of Mt. Washington one very early and right at the end. You might now understand why I love going up there to work as a ham radio operator at the summit.
I urge you to try to come and visit here in the magical month of mid-September. That's when Kathy and I honeymooned here. Peak fall color begins up north by the end of September and tumbles to the southern border by the third or fourth week of October.

beautiful state!
i certainly understand why you live there.
i grew up in northeast pennsylvania.
New Hampshire one of God's diamonds . Love it !!
That was beautiful Tim. Thanks for sharing.
Tim, I live in Wolfeboro, and I love every minute of living in this area- not only the spectacular scenery, but also the great life and the wonderful people here.
Even more beautiful than New York and NO taxes to boot. Why live anyplace else? Find me a building lot! 🙂
I have only been through NH once, and that was to drive a relative from Nortan, MA to Kennebunkport, ME. I'm not sure which highway we were on, but we didn't see any mountains through NH. I hope to one day be able to see this part of NH up close and personal. It's beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
You were probably on I-95 next to the coast where it's flat. You were on the coastal plain.
Beautiful video; would have been better if those shots for the first half would have lingered just a bit longer, I think. Thank you for sharing it, Tim. Loved the music accompanying it.
Very beautiful- pictures go by to quick to really appreciate the beauty. Thanks enjoyed it.
Had the pleasure of driving thru mid to late September this year. Even then the Fall colors were well on their way to gorgeous. Being afraid of heights I took one look at the road to the top of Mt Washington (that I had thought of going up) and chickened out. Bought a postcard instead. Saw beautiful covered bridges, the scenic Kancamagus hwy (302) and many rivers (but they were a bit low - no rain for awhile). New Hampshire is a beautiful state.
Tim ,I grew up in Scotland before emigrating to Canada, and I always feel more at home when I visit New Hampshire , which I hate to admit is even more beautiful than Scotland.
I like your idea in having a shot video at the start of your email. I think it a great idea . The thing I enjoy about you is that you are always thinking.
Happy thanksgiving to you & your family
Frank
Beautiful, would like to visit that state. Appears to be similar to North West Arkansas.
What are the property taxes like up there?
Love this! Thanks for sharing.
very nice clip indeed tim.
almost as nice as maine 🙂 but I am biased I must admit that new Hampshire is my second choice.
It is beautiful there and I could live there in the summer, but not so sure about the winter.....any place colder than where I am now, I will stay away 🙂 you have a beautiful place on the lake in the summer and I am sure it's beautiful in the winter too.....but cold weather is not for me.....my next move I hope is to warmer climate :)....but I would have to win the lottery.....and then Hawaii her I come.......
Tim, Living in a country where the trees are green all year with almost no native deciduous trees, the northern hemisphere "Fall" colours are a true wonder. Your neck of the woods seems to be a great place to live.
Pity about not being able to get around in a T shirt all year though!!!!
Beautiful and peaceful.
Very nice. I just love the Fall season.
Tim, I bet the area doesn't look like that today with winter weather reports on the east coast warning of blizzard like conditions. Here on the north shore of Lake Huron on St Joseph Island, the fall really looks similar to New Hampshire! Love the fall colours.. Maybe not so much the snow with three feet after a week of lake affect snow.
--We have been pondering where to take a vacation this summer, and now we will consider the the New England states.
--Thank you for the video.
Hi, this is beautiful country, but would have enjoyed it more without all the boxes on the screen. Your site has to many advertising junk to enjoy the site. The Search and Tweet are a little much.
Beautiful scenery. Our scenery is similar except for the lack of color. I live in the Evergreen State. Just before I retired I was lucky enough to visit NC in October and see the colors. Never been any closer to where you are though.
Tim : Thanks for showing God's handy work.
You're most welcome. She's done a fabulous job in other parts of the world too!
having recently moved to northern michigan, i have learned to appreciate the views like your video show,,so like home
