Patching concrete depends on pinning the new patch to the old concrete. Simple concrete forms made with concrete block and wood, cement paint, rebar, concrete and a hammer drill will be all you need. The steel or rebar will keep the concrete strong and the cement paint will help adhere the patch.
Laying ceramic tile floors will look great if you follow my tips below. Be sure the floor joist spacing is correct for laying tile. The subfloor or underlayment must be a thick enough plywood or a cement board that the tile above it won't crack. Make sure if you are using plywood that you leave expansion room to keep the floor from buckling and breaking the tiles.
Heating and cooling equipment is very technical to install. Before installing a high efficiency unit, check first to see that you will benefit. Your old furnace may be just as cost effective.
Follow my steps on checking out your tools. Bubble levels can be tested to determine that they are working correctly. Try an electronic level for help with level or plumb.

The vinyl fence got its start from the process of coextrusion - the process that slows the breakdown of vinyl by ultraviolet light. Styles include picket fences, vinyl privacy fences, wrought iron and cross buck. It can cost twice as much as a wood fence and requires more accurate post placement, but usually comes with good, long warranties.
