Craftsman 2004 Limited Edition Collector’s Socket Set

I received this as a gift at one of the last Sears Editors Conferences that were held. I should probably keep it, but you'll enjoy it  more than me.

The sockets are 22-carat gold plated. They're 3/8-inch drive. Each socket has a different logo that matches what was used in that year or time period.

Channel your best Don Corleone and make me an offer I can't refuse.

Each one is stamped with the Craftsman logo it was way back when. Note the differences.

There are a few minor nicks in the top edge of the case. I don't know how they got there.

Hi Tim, The thought buying of trophy tools is strange to me. I'm a career mechanic / auto engineer with two rollaways. Why have tools that will not be used? Then I considered that Tim Carter owns them and the historic logos could be a good talking point with my grand kids. I offer the very low but almost reasonable amount of $50 (fifty). Thank you for listing the socket set. And an extra special THANK YOU for producing Ask The Builder. Sincerely, John Kling (phone # removed)

John, thanks for the offer. I need to go back and modify that page to tell people to send their bids via email. I don't want your private information on these pages.
