I didn't see a good view of the flashing between the shingled roof and the patio. You know how leaks can start one place then travel inside the roof and drip out somewhere else, and it drives you crazy trying to find where it comes in.
I wonder if you can still buy DIY roll-on neoprene. Sort of membrane in a can.
I have a al l aluminum sunroom, and having problems with leaks. I am looking for something to go over the roof and not have to spend a lot of money. The roof has a slight drop and is not completely flat. The roof was put together with panels about 11 inches wide and turn up 3 inches I am not sure what you call it. The roof is 12'x 20' and is about 20 years old. There is a board like ceiling but no insulation in between making it just a 3 season room. Any help would be much appreciated.
I have an enclosed patio roof that has a leak. I would like an estimate to repair and/or replace it.
Austin Texas resident. Previous owner had a statewide remodeling patio enclosure built over an existing open patio. Due to a roof leak, I had TPO installed but it still leaks. Called on his warranty and after inspection said the leak was from the 20 yo Tamco 30 year Heritage shingle roof neairng the end of its life. Had another roofer come out who said the TPO was done right and blamed it on the gutters that weren't draining properly. I don't know where to go from here, can you help?
