Live on WLIP.com Streaming Radio

YouTube Live Stream
Today at 3:36 PM Eastern Time, I'll be live on WLIP.com.

This is not my first WLIP rodeo. Frank and Kim Carmichael are the owners of the radio station. They also publish my Ask the Builder column in a weekly paper they own. They invite me on the show at least once a month. Reanna might be on the show too!
I love doing this live radio because you NEVER know what Frank's going to ask. On quite a few occasions we've never talked about home improvement. It's a HOOT!
CLICK or TAP HERE at 3:36 PM Eastern Time to catch me live on WLIP. Look at the UPPER RIGHT CORNER of your screen for the link to the LIVE STREAM. You might hear a commercial or WX forecast if you tune in a minute early.
Immediately after the WLIP appearance, I'll start streaming on my YouTube channel.

DeBunking Attic Insulation Myths
Wait until you hear his questions!
CLICK or TAP HERE at 3:59 PM Eastern Time today for my video live stream. I may be a few seconds late, so don't fret.

Do It Right, Not Over!
Tim,
Regarding attic insulation, I would be interested in your opinion on a building technique that I have been made aware of here in Florida. The builder will foam the underside of the rafters and create a "sealed" attic (no vents) and then use the hvac system to "condition" this space, making it essentially a part of the conditioned building envelope. The theory seems to be that this is a more efficient way of conditioning a space here in Florida as opposed to insulating the building ceiling and then attempting to ventilate the attic space to keep the temperature in the attic down. (I remember you covering the "myth" of solar attic ventilator fans in an earlier video and I agree that they are pretty much useless, so this approach intrigues me.) What do you think?
