Dave, My house is plumbed with Uponor AquaPEX. I have a manifold system in the mechanical room. I can go down there and turn off the hot and cold water to this laundry sink in seconds thus isolating the laundry sink and the new faucet at the same time.
Hi Tim, I would like to put one of these on the outside of my house. Are they also frost free values or do you have to drain the line. I use my outside faucet/hose bib all year long.

The faucet is frostproof. I now realize I didn't make that crystal clear in the first part of the video!
