Hello,
We are in the cental NC area, the home has a about a 3' tall crawl space
with space for the HVAC unit. Have you ever heard of installing a french
drain to capture and run off the condensation line from the HVAC?

Hello,
if I cover the top of the 4" perforated PVC drainage pipe in the french drain trench with 2-4" layer of 1" diameter gravel and on top of that gravel will put concrete patio/sidewalk 2'x2'x2" blocks, will the weight of these blocks and living load crash the pipe?
