Tim: I would like to get a copy of your investigative report regarding defective asphalt roofing shingles. Is it possible for you to email it to me? I am a consumer caught up in having defective shingles (confirmed by the manufacturer) but they don't' want to cover complete roof replacement.... I am gathering as much information as I can.
