    • Tim Carter says:

So simple!!! Mix up Stain Solver and spray the solution on the greasy surfaces. Keep them WET with the solution for 30 minutes re-spraying as necessary. Then WIPE off with a soapy sponge. It couldn't be easier.

I need help cleaning/fixing or replacing what I think of as a guide (a block) in the track of the very heavy glass shower door - one door moves, the other is stationary. It looked like chrome but my cleaning seems to cause the surface to 'peel."

  5. sylvia s riley says:

found fridge cleaning always put off til last minute.

  6. George Babcock says:

My wife made a thick solution of Stain Solver and placed it in the crevasse between the kitchen countertop and stainless steel sink where the silicone adheres the sink to the bottom edge of the counter. The paste was covered by plastic wrap and kept moist. The silicone has black mould on it that was not affected by the Stain Solver. Now what?

  7. I asked about how to clean debris from a sump pump basin; I think that would be a good addition to your book. Thank you. Mike

    • Tim Carter says:

I saw that, Mike. I'd start by putting on rubber gloves and getting everything out you can by hand. Debris, mud, etc. Then I'd hose the basin down with the pump UNPLUGGED. I'd scoop out the muddy water with buckets. Ta Da!

  8. Mac Cross says:

    Agree.
Just received my STAIN SOLVER (I live in Canada....just had extra Duty and fees).
Asked question on proper technique for bathroom Wall Tile GROUT (minor stains here and there)

  9. Frank says:

How can I clean paint stains in a laundry porcelain sink?

    • Tim Carter says:

Simple. Fill the sink with enough HOT water to cover the paint stains. Add 1 cup of STAIN SOLVER per gallon of water per gallon of water. Allow the water to stay in the sink for 6 hours. Let the water drain and use a brand-new sharp straight-edge razor blade at a LOW ANGLE to slice through the softened paint.

  10. Larry Niutta says:

    looking forward to getting it!

  11. HD says:

    Great questions!

  12. Robert Conley says:

What about cleaning an aluminum pier on a lake. There is a dark soiling on it from winter storage on land under the trees. The pier is in the lake now and I don't want to contaminate the lake. Any ideas?

  13. Donna Hirsch says:

OK - I agree to whatever your comment policy is.

My question - how do you clean a ceiling fan safely?

  14. Dudley Tucker says:

I put Stain Solver in sink traps & on bottom of fry pans to loosen burnt food.

  15. Joseph Dowling says:

I am eager to read you Deep Cleaning Tips and Secrets Book. My concrete surfaces are the hardest to clean. Next up is the fireplace.
