After I flush the toilet it fills and stops at the usual waterline. Then the water very slowly leaks into tank and rises up and over the overflow pipe into the bowl. This may take anywhere between 4-6 hours. It doesn't make a sound. It is not coming from the tube that connects the fill valve to the overflow pipe. Should I do something else before I replace the fill valve? I have a fluidmaster 400.
