I eat dark chocolate everyday. Supposed to be healthy with flavonoids. Dark chocolate is expensive. The cheapest way I found to go is Ghiradelli dark chocolate 60% baking chips. Also some cheap 62% chips at Aldi. Some articles say 70% should be the minimum but I am trying to save my physical health as well as my financial health.
